Georgia Department of Driver Services moves one step closer to improving customer experience by installing Qmatic’s Orchestra solution in their Bainbridge branch. When customers arrive, they are greeted and introduced to the system then given an alphanumeric ticket. The customers are then called according to the service they selected. This combination allows for greater efficiency for both customer and employee.
